The Effect Of Employee’s Innovative Work Behavior on Innovative Output
The purpose of this study is to examine the association among training and development, innovative work behavior, organizational culture and management support and innovative output. This research has been carried out banking sector of Pakistan. The study sample was comprised of 200 professional of banking sector and survey questionnaire technique was used for data collection. Different statistical tools like Pearson correlation and regressions were applied for hypothesis testing. The result of present study supports that there is significant positive effect of T&D, IWB, organizational culture and management support on innovative output.
